Palmas offers family-operated, "Everything but the Booze", mobile bartending services. Specializing in providing fresh, high-quality, and delicious, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks along with outstanding customer service. With over 5 years of bartending experience and 9+ years of customer service, our team's focus is on sourcing ethically derived fruits, herbs, and other ingredients to create amazing, mouthwatering cocktails and mocktails for your next event!
Have you ever had a cocktail that just made you feel kind of yucky? Most cocktails use artificial fruit flavors, sweeteners, and colors. Not at Palmas! We take pride in using the best ingredients. Sourcing our produce and herbs locally, making sure to also pour into our community.
We use ingredients like, Agave or Xylitol for sweetness (Stevia or other plant based sweeteners; Prices may vary), and clean purified water for all our drinks, (spring water upon request; Prices may vary), and even Pink Himalayan salt for balancing. Not to mention straws, beverage napkins and most other items we provide are either reusable or free of plastic, and compostable, being sustainably better for our planet.
Ultimately, we strive to provide you with a product you can feel good about while having a good time!

Everything but the Booze!
When determining if Palmas is the right choice for you, please note that our service prices do not include alcohol. Depending on the service package you select and the number of guest you will be hosting, we will provide a recommend list of alcohol for you to purchase, along with an estimated cost.
